Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial real estate experience, ideally in industrial brokerage or tenant representation.
• Proven track record in sourcing, supporting, or closing transactions and meeting goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in commission-based compensation.
• Strong prospecting, independent work ethic, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold calling industrial occupiers and decision-makers across metro Atlanta.
• Own and grow a pipeline of active and prospective clients through outreach and meetings.
• Build expertise in Atlanta industrial submarkets and advise occupiers and brokers.
• Run the full transaction cycle: market research, surveys, tours, RFPs, analysis, negotiation, closing.
• Track market data and inform client advisory to sharpen competitive positioning.
• Support landlord leasing and investment sales opportunities within Stream’s portfolio.
• Prepare client presentations and deliverables reflecting Stream’s quality standards.
