MaxLife Commercial is seeking a commission-only Industrial Sales Agent to focus on industrial properties in Central Florida. You’ll source listings, represent buyers and tenants, and perform tours and BOVs with support from an in-house marketing team.

Earn 100% commission with uncapped upside and direct mentorship from the founder on every deal. Access an established marketing infrastructure and live MLS feed to fuel your production.

You'll build a focused book of business in this asset class, backed by MaxLife's live MLS inventory, SEO-driven website traffic, and in-house marketing support.

• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in industrial
• Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida real estate license (or committed to obtaining within 60 days of hire)
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• High activity tolerance — comfortable with sustained outbound prospecting
• Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a 100% commission role, no base salary
• Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast)
• Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings

Nice to Have

• Existing network of owners, investors, or operators in industrial
• Prior sales or brokerage experience (any asset class)
• Familiarity with Crexi, LoopNet, and CoStar
• Spanish fluency (Central Florida market advantage)
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or real estate
