Job summary

LQ Commercial in Florida is seeking a seasoned commercial real estate agent to join the LQ CREW as a retail tenant, leasing, and sales expert. The role focuses on canvassing local markets, building client relationships, and driving opportunities for tenants and landlords.

You will monitor market trends, develop property plans with leadership, and actively progress negotiations and due diligence while maintaining a strong referral-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience with a track record in tenant rep, leasing or sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals with growing commission.
• Experience working within or with sales teams and ability to work independently or in a group.

Responsibilities

• canvass local markets for tenant rep, leasing and sale opportunities
• monitor market trends, transactions, property values and vacancies
• build relationships with tenants, landlords, investors, developers, and associations
• maintain a database that generates referrals and leads and grow the pipeline
• secure opportunities for clients and conduct property searches and tours
• present client materials such as studies and market overviews
• develop and update strategic property plans with leadership and marketing
• report progress for each listing/account and progress negotiations and due diligence
