Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales of industrial automation and technical products across the East Coast with a remote/home office base near Philadelphia.

The role requires field visits 1–2 times per week in the Philadelphia area, building distributor and end‑user relationships, and collaborating with engineering teams to tailor solutions for customers. Base salary is $65,000–$75,000 plus commission, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must Have Qualifications: Technical background (e.g., Engineering degree) and/or technical sales experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical products and solutions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and end‑user customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls throughout the territory.
• Promote technical products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop new business and increase market share.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities.
• Track customer and sales activities using CRM.
• Collaborate with internal sales and engineering teams.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight trips.
