Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business and expand customer relationships across the Northeast. This hands-on leadership role combines individual sales with coaching of sales personnel and distribution partners in the machinery and automation space.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of meeting targets, managing key accounts, and traveling extensively to build strategic partnerships with customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B outside sales in industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and developing new business.
• Experience managing relationships with customers, distributors, or vendors.
• Sales leadership or management experience preferred.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Generate new business via prospecting, visits, trade shows, and referrals.
• Lead full sales cycle from qualification to proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Build and expand relationships with customers, distributors, manufacturers and partners.
• Maintain a sales forecast and active pipeline with regular reports.
• Monitor market conditions and identify new opportunities; support sales personnel and partners.
