OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking an Industrial Automation Sales Representative to cover a 75‑mile radius around West Chester, OH. This remote-based role focuses on growing the customer base, expanding existing accounts, and converting competitive applications.

Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, and coordinating with engineering and operations to deliver engineered solutions. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional sales experience with pneumatic products and industrial-automation applications.
• Proven record of achieving sales growth through new-customer acquisition and account expansion.
• Experience managing a geographic territory, sales pipeline, or similar book of business.
• Proven ability to discuss technical applications credibly and engage internal specialists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to hit revenue, gross-margin, and product-growth goals.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, visits, calls, referrals and targeted activities.
• Win new customers and expand product penetration within existing accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, implementation, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including opportunities, quotes, and forecast.
• Collaborate with internal resources to support complex applications and engineered solutions.
• Build durable customer relationships and coordinate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
