Job summary

Snap-on is seeking an Account Manager - Industrial Sales Representative in Harrisburg, PA. You will work directly with industrial partners to assess needs and provide tailored Snap-on solutions, driving growth and strong relationships on site.

You will present on shop floors and in the field, manage customer activity data, and collaborate with leadership to maximize territory sales. A 3–5 year outside sales background and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of reaching sales targets and growing customers.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and leverage Snap-on product offerings to develop tailored solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies.
• Present solutions on shop floor or in the field.
• Maintain a customer contact and activity database for assigned accounts.
• Review customer activity quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize growth.
