Codale Electric Supply in Salt Lake City is seeking a driven Industrial Sales professional to partner with customers on electrical components and solutions. You will learn our products, engage with OEMs, integrators, and end users, and develop skills in sales strategy, problem solving, and business development.

This entry-level sales role offers extensive product training and the opportunity for growth within Codale and the Sonepar organization. 8:00 am–5:00 pm, M–F, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree; Engineering background preferred.
• Must have a strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Willing to travel out-of-state 5–10% for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for electrical components in industrial controls, protection, and power distribution.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts in the territory.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts for your territory to maximize productivity and growth.
• Coordinate orders and follow up on quotations to ensure service and project progress.
