Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead multiple crews at a customer site. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment readiness, and drive efficiencies while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong people management, hands-on equipment knowledge, and excellent documentation. Eligible candidates should have OSHA certification, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with Win Web

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in the industrial cleaning industry with supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong English language comprehension for safety training and emergency communication.
• OSHA certification may be required for the job.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs crew to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• May schedule jobs and crews; may dispatch crews on nights and weekends.
• Acts as Operations or Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensures equipment is available and operational before starting work.
• Trains technicians and operators on equipment operation and processes.
