Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead two or more crews at a customer site. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment readiness, drive efficiency, and document activities to meet client requirements.

As a representative of HPC-Industrial, you will uphold safety standards, maintain client relations, train technicians, and may act as Operations Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Windows applications.
• Experience with Win Web (HPC Software) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, supervise, and coordinate crew to meet client requirements and policies.
• Schedule jobs and crews as needed.
• Dispatch crews for nights and weekends as required.
• May serve as Operations or Branch Manager when asked.
• Ensure equipment readiness and proper operation before work.
• Inspect equipment and work area; correct deficiencies.
• Inform client on job status and requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Handle paperwork including service receipts and documentation.
• Train Technicians and Operators on processes and paperwork.
• Operate service-line equipment (chemical, hydro-blasting, painting, blasting, vacuum).
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
