Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to oversee two or more crews at a customer site, planning and coordinating daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. The supervisor will ensure equipment readiness, drive operational efficiencies, and maintain timely documentation in line with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA certification may be required for this job.
• CDL, forklift, and backhoe certifications to assist with plant operations as needed.
• Ability to understand and follow English safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, provide feedback, and direct crews to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• Schedule jobs and crews; may dispatch crews during nights and weekends.
• Read work orders; ensure equipment is available and operational before starting.
• Complete paperwork including service receipts and manifests and submit to management.
• Train Technicians and Operators on equipment operation and service-line processes.
• Maintain safety at the job site and correct deficiencies to prevent incidents.
• May act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
