Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors in Port Arthur, TX, is seeking an Experienced Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead two or more crews, plan and coordinate daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient service at customer locations. This role emphasizes equipment operation, documentation, and strong client relations.

The supervisor will ensure compliance with company policies, manage resources, and drive operational efficiencies while mentoring technicians and drivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning industry; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Language proficiency: understand English to follow safety training and emergency instructions.
• OSHA certification may be required for this job.
• Must be knowledgeable in operation of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.

Responsibilities

• Instructs, provides feedback, and directs crew in completing work per client requirements and policies.
• May schedule job and crews.
• May dispatch crews nights and weekends.
• May act as Operations/Branch Manager when requested.
• Read work orders and ensure equipment is available and operational.
• Inspect equipment and work area for safety and efficiency.
• Complete paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Train Technicians and Operators on-the-job.
• Operate equipment (chemical, hydro-blasting, painting, blasting, vacuum) per safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
