Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead two or more crews at a customer site. You will plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment operates safely, and maintain documentation and customer relations.

This role drives efficiency, upholds safety standards, and may act as Operations Manager when needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience, a valid driver license, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning; supervisory exp preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; able to direct multiple crews.
• Able to read and follow client requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs crew to complete work per client requirements.
• Schedules jobs and crews; may dispatch nights/weekends.
• Operates service-line equipment; ensures safety and compliance.
• Maintains documentation and client communications.
