Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead two or more crews at a client site. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations, ensure equipment readiness and safety, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding company policies.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. Responsibilities include scheduling, potential dispatch, and acting as Operations/Branch Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage people and crews.
• Strong knowledge of operating service-line equipment.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with HPC Win Web software is a plus.
• CDL, forklift, and backhoe certifications are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise two or more crews to meet client and company requirements.
• Schedule jobs and crews; may dispatch during nights/weekends.
• Act as Operations/Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensure equipment readiness and safety before starting work.
• Complete paperwork and service receipts for management.
• Train technicians and operators on equipment operation and processes.
• Operate service-line equipment per safety procedures.
