HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead multiple crews at a customer location. You will manage operations, ensure equipment readiness, and uphold safety and client requirements.

The role involves coordinating schedules, training staff, and maintaining documentation while representing HPC-Industrial with clients. Join a safety‑driven team that emphasizes growth, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• English language comprehension for safety training and emergencies.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel); Access a plus.

Mansioni

• Instructs, guides, and assists crew to meet client requirements and company policies.
• May schedule jobs and crews.
• May dispatch crews during nights/weekends.
• May act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
• Read work orders and ensure necessary equipment is available and operational.
• Perform equipment inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Complete paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Train Technicians and Operators on equipment operation and processes.
