HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman to oversee two or more crews and coordinate daily operations at the job site. You will drive safety, efficiency, and accurate documentation while maintaining strong customer relations across industrial cleaning projects.

Requirements include 2+ years of industrial cleaning experience, strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable service in industrial cleaning.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety is the primary goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Lead and manage a crew to safely complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely, accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work.
• Train and develop equipment technicians (~5%).
• Interact with customers professionally and communicate effectively.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
