Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) at a customer site to lead two or more crews. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensuring equipment readiness, safety and timely documentation.

You’ll act as a liaison with clients, enforce policies, and drive efficiencies on the worksite. The role emphasizes leadership, safety culture, and ongoing growth opportunities within HPC-Industrial, a part of Clean Harbors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience.
• Strong ability to lead and coordinate two or more crews.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and HPC software (Win Web).
• English language proficiency, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train crews to meet client requirements and company policies.
• Schedule jobs and crews; may dispatch during nights/weekends.
• Act as Operations/Branch Manager when required.
• Ensure equipment readiness and safety compliance before starting work.
• Submit service receipts and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with clients on job status and requirements.
