Red Diamond Coffee & Tea in Moody, AL is seeking a dependable Industrial Services Specialist for the second shift (Mon–Thu, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM). The role focuses on keeping production and warehouse areas clean, safe, and efficient, with hands-on tasks across cleaning, sanitation, and facilities maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a stable work history, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning production equipment, machines, floors, and high-traffic work areas
• Maintaining cleanliness in the roasting room, dry storage, warehouse, and shipping/receiving areas
• Removing trash, scrubbing floors, and supporting facility sanitation needs
• Climbing ladders and operating lifts to clean overhead areas — sometimes up to 40 feet
• Helping wherever needed to ensure a clean, safe, and organized production facility

Second (2nd) Shift Industrial Service Specialist – 4-Day Work Week!
Location:Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
