Job summary

Red Diamond is seeking a Second Shift Machine Operator in Moody, AL, with starting pay of $21/hour and a 4-day work week. Shift runs Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, with occasional Friday overtime.

You will set up and operate high-speed packaging machines, perform quality checks, replenish materials, and help maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting other production tasks. We value dependable, detail-minded teammates who meet production goals and read instructions clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant machine operator experience.
• Stable work history and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Replenish materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assemble and label boxes, and support other production tasks.
