Job summary

Red Diamond Coffee & Tea in Moody, AL seeks a dependable Second Shift Machine Operator to set up and run high-speed packaging lines, perform quality checks, replenish materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

This role offers a starting pay of $21 per hour, a four-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM), overtime on Fridays as needed, and opportunities to grow within a team that values reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience).
• Stable work history and consistent reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly.

Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL

Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

Pay: Starting at $21/hour
