GENERAL LAB / PRODUCTION WORKERS

Looking for a solid long-term job instead of bouncing from place to place? We're hiring dependable people for an industrial production facility in the Birmingham area. This is a hands-on job with steady work, good people, and the chance to get hired on permanently.

You don't need a perfect background or years of experience - just show up, work hard, and be reliable.

What the job looks like:

Using hand and power tools to clean and prep metal products

Helping keep the shop clean and running smoothly
Working with a team in a fast-paced industrial environment

What you need:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working on your feet
Okay working in heat, cold, or outdoor conditions depending on the weather
Steel/composite toe boots with met guards
Good attitude and dependable attendance

Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or production work helps, but entry-level candidates are welcome too.

There's overtime available when production is busy, but this isn't one of those jobs where you'll never see your family. Good opportunity for someone wanting steady hours, a paycheck you can count on, and a place to stick long term.

Starting pay is $17 per hour for 2 nd and $17.75 for 3 rd shifts
