This role offers a starting pay of $21 per hour, a four-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM), overtime on Fridays as needed, and opportunities to grow within a team that values reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience).
• Stable work history and consistent reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines.
• Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards.
• Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Assembling and labeling boxes, and supporting other production tasks.
