Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, located at Eastman in Longview, TX, is seeking an Industrial Services Foreman to supervise two or more crews, plan and coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

Responsibilities include leading hydroblasting and vacuum truck services, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining customer relations while promoting safety and efficiency. Must meet the outlined qualifications and be able to work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of verifiable service in industrial cleaning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to wear protective gear and work in extreme conditions.
• TWIC preferred or must obtain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies.
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to operate safely and complete HPC-Industrial tasks.
• Timely completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain good relations.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
