HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Industrial Services Foreman to lead two or more crews in Longview, TX. You will plan, direct, and coordinate daily hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely documentation.

Responsibilities include training technicians, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with customers to deliver reliable industrial cleaning services. This role demands strong leadership and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• TWIC preferred or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of two or more, ensuring safety first.
• Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and timely documentation.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Train and develop technicians.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
