Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Industrial Service Coordinator & Dispatcher to organize technician dispatch, manage service scheduling, and support customers. Training will occur in Everett with a long-term role in Marysville, WA.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and clear communication to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, Monday–Friday, onsite in Marysville.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, service coordination, or administrative support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service locations based on priority, location, skillset, and availability.
• Receive and manage incoming customer calls and emails requesting service.
• Schedule, update, and adjust technician routes in real time to maximize efficiency and meet service timelines.
• Enter and maintain accurate service requests, job updates, and completion details within company systems.
• Monitor technician status throughout the day and provide customer updates as needed.
• Communicate job details, schedule changes, directions, and parts information to technicians.
• Escalate urgent service issues and scheduling conflicts to management when necessary.
• Support technicians with job information, rescheduling, and coordination with other departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and enter customer and job-related data into company databases.
• Prepare work orders, complete invoices, maintain service agreements, and process warranty registrations and claims.
• Review customer requirements and assist with project documentation and bid package support.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding required parts and materials.
• Review completed work for accuracy and completeness.
• Track project issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, accurate, and thorough follow-up.
• Assist with customer inquiries and return phone calls and emails in a timely manner
