Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Customer Service/Dispatcher to join a Marysville, WA team. The role coordinates field technicians, manages service requests, and ensures accurate scheduling and communications with customers.

Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, involving ERP/CRM usage, workload balancing, and contract administration to support efficient field service operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or similar roles preferred; trade or field-service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests, schedules, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate field technicians by assigning service calls, balancing technician availability, location, skills, and workload.
• Schedule and maintain technician resources in the ERP/service management system, including appointments, assignments, estimated completion times, and changes.
• Manage the service job board and calendars, monitor open, scheduled, in-progress, and completed work, and update as priorities or conditions change.
• Enter and maintain customer service requests and work orders with complete site and equipment details.
• Provide customer service and communication, respond to inquiries, provide status updates, and act as primary contact during service.
• Monitor delayed or at-risk work and coordinate with Service Managers and technicians on scheduling, parts availability, and obstacles.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information in ERP and related systems.
• Coordinate communication among customers, technicians, and service management, documenting scope changes and expectations.
• Assist with customer contract administration including terms, pricing, and service details.
