Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, submit, and process work orders with accurate customer information.
• Transmit job data from queues into templates for outbound communication.
• Monitor resources and schedule, assign, and dispatch to complete work.
• Coordinate with internal and external personnel to optimize dispatches.
• Allocate resources based on location, urgency, and availability.
• Maintain records of dispatches with location, time, and resources.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed for all dispatched personnel.
• Keep LEG locations secure and ensure only dispatched resources arrive.
• Report dispatch incidents or issues to supervisors with details.
