Codale Electric Supply, a Sonepar USA company, is seeking an Industrial Sales Account Manager to lead sales for electrical components and industrial controls across the Intermountain West.

You will develop strategic sales plans, cultivate relationships with OEMs, integrators, and end users, and translate technical needs into value-driven solutions. This role offers growth, training, and a clear career path.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving history.
• Strong customer service orientation to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Industrial customer and market knowledge is a plus.
• Engage in continuous learning to deepen technical knowledge in products and services.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
• Commitment to high ethical standards in professional behavior.
• Clear and concise communication, especially verbal.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel out of state 5-10%.

Mansioni

• Lead sales efforts for electrical components, focused on industrial controls, circuit protection, and power distribution solutions.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets while growing market share; identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with engineering, procurement, executive teams, and other key decision makers.
• Understand customer structures and leverage buying influences to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Prepare annual sales forecast for the assigned territory and cultivate new opportunities.
• Coordinate orders with staff for entry, tracking, and fulfilment; follow up on quotations.
• Maintain knowledge of core industrial products and substitutes.
• Proactively craft offers that fit customer needs.
