Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 1910 knowledge and local safety regulations preferred.
• Experience in heavy industrial operations safety (3+ years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in management of the facility’s safety and health programs and enforce policies.
• Conduct safety observations, audits, and reports and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Educate employees on safety standards and operations, including on-site certification for mobile equipment.
• Perform safety training for new hires and contractor safety briefings, coordinate vendor training for safety teams.
• Manage contractor safety and health performance with facility management and ensure proper training.
