Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings is seeking a motivated Crane Rope Sales Specialist to grow our presence in the United States. You will drive sales of wire rope, synthetic rope, slings, and rigging hardware by understanding customer lifting applications and delivering tailored, technically informed solutions.

You will prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain customer records while collaborating with operations and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' outside sales experience in industrial sales, lifting and rigging, or related fields.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and self-motivation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Grow sales of wire rope, synthetic rope, slings, rigging hardware, and related lifting products.
• Evaluate customer lifting applications and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on inquiries.
• Read specifications and drawings to provide technical product recommendations.
• Educate customers on features, safety, and maintenance of lifting products.
• Visit customer sites to assess equipment and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, fabrication, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.
