DEPCO Power Systems in Houston, TX is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support a busy industrial power equipment team. This in-office role focuses on project records, cost tracking, and logistics from sales hand-off through billing.

You will work with Sales, Operations, Accounting, vendors, and customers to maintain accurate data, track shipments, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.

Formación

• Relevant experience in project coordination, project/order administration, operations, logistics, or cross-functional support.
• Must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel with leadership-ready reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for polished documents and reports.
• ERP experience required; Acumatica preferred.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools for documents and reporting with confidentiality safeguards.
• Strong analytical accuracy and ability to reconcile data across records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate customer, vendor, order, and project records in Acumatica with required documentation.
• Track key project dates, open items, contacts, and follow-ups across departments.
• Enter approved costs and outside service charges using correct references; support cost reporting.
• Run ERP reports, verify data, flag discrepancies, and support cost tracking for Accounting and Sales.
• Prepare organized Excel reports and professional Word documents for leadership review.
• Track equipment and material orders, arrivals, shipments, and delivery status; coordinate freight.
• Collect and organize purchase orders, receiving records, and shipping documents for billing.
• Provide project updates, schedule meetings, capture actions, and escalate issues as needed.
