Job summary

CECO Environmental in Houston, TX seeks a Project Coordinator to support fabrication and manufacturing projects, coordinating planning, procurement, and inventory while ensuring safety, schedules, and budget alignment.

You'll work with Project Managers, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production, and Supply Chain, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to track purchasing, materials, and vendor performance. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in project coordination or related environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors, procurement, logistics, and material deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and closeout of fabrication and manufacturing projects.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier quotations and POs.
• Assist with inventory control and logistics for project materials.
