Qualifications

• Familiarity with equipment tracking management and inventory recordkeeping.
• Proficient Windows-based computer skills and MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory status and readiness for delivery to job sites.
• Audit storage data against delivery tickets and internal records.
• Assist in job cost tracking and invoicing backups.
• Log final equipment settings and maintain traceability across systems.
• Prepare detailed invoice backups for key accounts and month-end billing.
• Collaborate with PMs, Accounting, Warehouse, Dispatch and Field Services.
