Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
• Experience in power generation or construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Track purchase orders and coordinate with procurement to resolve discrepancies.
• Support budget tracking, cost variance analysis, and milestone scheduling.
• Coordinate EPC stakeholders and organize project meetings with clear agendas and action items.
• Contribute to process improvements for better project execution and documentation practices.
