Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager for Industrial/Manufacturing projects in the Atlanta area. You will lead safety culture, oversee preconstruction tasks, develop schedules, and manage subcontracts with a focus on cost control and Lean practices.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and at least 5 years of CM experience, with strong budgeting, procurement, and collaboration skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and procurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Manage prestart, quantity takeoff and bid package development.
• Develop and update project schedules using Lean principles.
• Coordinate subcontracts, shop drawings and submittals.
• Monitor costs and prepare monthly forecasts with project team.
• Ensure effective communication with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
