Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Supports preconstruction activities: quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope development.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing, and subcontractor management.
• Manages submittal and shop drawing processes with architects/engineers.
• Coordinates pricing with logistics for materials and equipment.
• Provides risk analysis and manages subcontractor risk throughout lifecycle.
• Leads project meetings and monthly reviews.
• Maintains project schedule and budget tracking, reporting status and profitability.
