Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project’s safety culture.
• Manages preconstruction activities including takeoff and bid package development.
• Develops and maintains project schedule and budget.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and manages subcontracts.
• Leads monthly project reviews and progress meetings.
• Prepares monthly cost and margin forecasts.
