Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Project Manager for Industrial/Manufacturing projects. You will lead project direction, safety culture, and scheduling across multiple sites including Atlanta and other locations as listed.

In this role you’ll supervise subcontractors, manage budgets, and coordinate with design teams. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 7+ years in construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Must be able to work non-traditional hours and outdoors.
• Proficiency with project management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management for moderately complex projects.
• Develop and manage the project schedule with input from team.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and design teams to meet budget and schedule.
• Manage change orders, risk analysis, and project documentation for success.
