Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks an Account Manager to drive key sales in its assigned area, develop new customer accounts, and advise customers on IPS service center capabilities. The role emphasizes cross-selling IPS product lines with a focus on distribution and local motor/power management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of industrial sales experience, strong technical understanding of rotating electrical machines, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years operating a vehicle with valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.
• Understanding of advanced rotating electrical AC/DC machines.
• 4 year degree in Engineering or other technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a list of prospective customers with the business development team and define sales strategies.
• Call on customers and follow up with visits and correspondence.
• Cross-sell IPS product lines, focusing on distribution and local motor/power management sales.
• Analyze customer requirements and present proposals to customers.
• Establish long-term relationships using IPS policies and service capabilities.
• Coordinate with management on pricing, specifications, warranties, and service adaptations.
