Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in assigned areas, developing new customer accounts and cross-selling IPS’s product lines with a focus on distribution and motor/power management sales. The role requires traveling up to 40% and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year engineering degree, 3+ years of industrial sales experience, and excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Engineering or technical field.
• 3+ years of selling experience in industrial environments.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and expand service line sales.
• Advise customers on service center capabilities and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with technical specialists for proposals on complex modifications.
• Present proposals and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Analyze customer requirements and work with management on pricing and bids.
• Maintain high level of customer focus and integrity in sales activities.
