Job summary

Concentric LLC seeks an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business for Concentric while expanding offerings into existing accounts. This role supports a nationwide initiative to consolidate operations under a national organization.

The position is based in the PA area with a focus on selling backup power products and related services to industrial and commercial clients. You will lead aggressive lead generation and demonstrate a strong track record of sales growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial or industrial sales experience required (preferably in the electrical field).
• Experience with stationary backup power products & services is a major plus.
• Hunter mentality for lead generation – we are looking for a hunter.
• Proven Track record in Sales – Consistent Top Performer – be prepared to present a growth path.
• Entrepreneurial spirit – growing company with transition opportunities.
• Exposure to sales and personal development training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but extensive experience can offset the lack of a degree.
• Military experience is a plus
• Must be able to learn new computer programs including; Microsoft Office, Salesforce, expense and payroll programs.
• You will need to be able to present our company’s capabilities from a corporate boardroom setting to the plant floor.
