Job summary

DSG is seeking an Industrial Outside Sales Account Manager for Fargo, ND. You will promote DSG products to contractors and industrial accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction across the territory.

A typical day includes traveling to customers, coordinating with inside sales, identifying new opportunities, and presenting new products and programs to drive growth.

Qualifications

• A high School diploma or equivalent; postsecondary degree is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Product and technical knowledge normally acquired in two or more years of college or technical school OR 3-5 years field experience.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of territory development.
• 3-5 years of sales experience; ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow-through; familiarity with DSG Web Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 125 miles of branch to establish, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships and accounts.
• Work with Inside Sales Associates to identify and grow territory opportunities.
• Seek and develop new customer opportunities and accounts.
• Introduce, promote, and demonstrate new products and marketing programs.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager on changes in product demands and simplify ordering.
