You will minimize downtime by diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and performing preventative maintenance across metal fabrication tools and material handling systems.

Responsibilities include repairing machinery, interpreting schematics, fabricating parts, and validating safety and performance through rigorous post-repair testing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance and mechanical repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Manual dexterity with power tools and pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions by root-cause analysis.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fabrication tools and handling systems.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and replace defective components.
• Read schematics to align and calibrate machine parts accurately.
• Fabricate and modify parts using lathes, drill presses, and grinders.
• Test post-repair to ensure safety and performance before return to service.
