Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and peak performance of our industrial machinery. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and execute repairs to keep production lines moving efficiently.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, reading schematics, and fabricating parts as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-site work across our facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
• Comfort with heavy lifting in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment and replace worn components.
• Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to guide repairs and installations.
• Operate machine shop tools to fabricate or modify parts as needed.
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic piping systems, valves, and regulators.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards and keep workspace clean.
