Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and peak performance of manufacturing electrical systems. You will diagnose and optimize systems to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our facility.

Responsibilities include installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis on PLCs and high-voltage networks, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in industrial electrical maintenance or Journeyman certification.
• Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting electrical circuits, industrial controls, and high-voltage systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and repair diverse industrial electrical infrastructure to ensure continuous production flow.
• Perform preventive maintenance on critical assets including PLCs, high-voltage distribution networks, and measuring instrumentation.
• Diagnose electrical faults in cranes, ultrasonic equipment, and programmable controllers to restore functionality quickly.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide modifications and upgrades.
• Maintain safety standards and electrical codes to ensure a secure environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain detailed digital logs of maintenance activities for asset management.
