Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to handle upkeep, diagnostics, and restoration of production hardware in our manufacturing facility. The role requires resolving mechanical and electrical issues and thriving in a high-energy industrial environment.

Core duties include proactive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, and minimizing downtime through root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems.
• Electrical system diagnostics experience is a plus.
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic, power, and hand tools.
• Able to work autonomously and respond quickly to equipment failures.
• Punctual and reliable with consistent performance.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and stand for the duration of your shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks on production hardware and industrial machinery.
• Resolve issues within pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions to help minimize production downtime.
• Conduct regular system check-ups and scheduled maintenance routines.
• Swap out or fix various machine parts, such as pumps, sensors, belts, bearings, and motors.
• Utilize technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals to guide repair processes.
• Support the team during the installation, calibration, and enhancement of new equipment.
• Document all repair activities and maintenance logs with precision.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following lockout/tagout and OSHA protocols.
• Ensure that the workspace, tools, and machinery remain tidy and well-arranged.
