You will perform preventive maintenance, install and reconstruct machinery, use CMMS for work orders, and collaborate with vendors to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Proficient in diagnosing PLCs and electrical systems.
• Able to read complex electrical schematics and manuals.
• Commitment to safety, including LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of industrial assets.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate issues involving pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and high‑voltage electrical systems.
• Manage the installation, assembly, and reconstruction of production machinery to support evolving operational needs.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and manage project planning.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to oversee specialized service events and facility upgrades.
• Conduct rigorous safety inspections and performance testing to ensure all equipment adheres to strict operational standards.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Proven proficiency in troubleshooting PLC systems, industrial electrical circuits, and mechanical assemblies.
• Strong ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Commitment to workplace safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), servo motors, and conveyor systems.
• Certification or operational experience with heavy equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts.
• Background in ultra‑high vacuum systems or specialized combustion equipment.
• Familiarity with CNC machine setup, changeover, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
