Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing equipment and facility systems, across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC domains. You will troubleshoot complex equipment, perform repairs, and contribute to a safe, productive environment.

The role involves installing piping, maintaining production machinery, and mentoring junior staff, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance across the plant and surrounding facilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong electrical and electronics troubleshooting experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair critical production machinery.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and CNC systems.
• General knowledge of HVAC systems and facility maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Diagnose and repair critical production equipment.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and mechanical systems.
• Install piping and utility lines and perform basic facility maintenance.
• Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced maintenance personnel.
• Follow safety policies and handle hazardous waste.
