Qualifications

• Experience in industrial plant maintenance or a similar technical trade.
• Ability to troubleshoot 480V electrical systems and industrial motor controls.
• Ability to read and apply complex mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously in a high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive electrical and mechanical repairs on complex manufacturing machinery to ensure continuous operation.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical system failures using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on gearboxes, vacuum pumps, and drive shafts.
• Support production by rapid-response breakdown repairs and collaborate on facility improvement projects.
• Maintain system integrity through pipefitting and motor wiring tasks.

• Support production goals by executing rapid-response breakdown repairs and collaborating with cross-functional teams on facility improvement projects.
