Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing and production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot problems, perform preventive maintenance, and implement long-term fixes that reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, repairing conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and supporting equipment installations. A safety-first mindset and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and production equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals.
• Experience diagnosing root causes and implementing long-term fixes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and production equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, sensors, controls, wiring, and panels.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems including conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Document repairs and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve reliability.
